The unconscious bias facing women in the business world is just one of the many faces of gender bias. And it is clearly not its ugliest.
What a huge gap there is between challenges facing educated women in North America and Europe and those facing low income women here and women in the Middle East.
When is it fair to accuse someone of playing the “race card” or “gender card”?
My hypothesis is that men as well as women in the workplace are caught up in the gravitational pull of the masculine style. The workplace becomes more masculine, not more balanced.
