I have submitted a proposal to speak at South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive, to be held in Austin in March 2012. Proposals are selected based on PUBLIC VOTING. I want to present a session based on my book, Difference Works: Improving Retention, Productivity and Profitability through Engagement. I’ll cover the status of gender diversity in U.S. business and the business case for building gender-diverse cultures. And I’ll build awareness of the differences in masculine and feminine approaches at work and the strengths of each.
