I want to share with you the article that my colleague  Stewart Hirsch and I recently published in the American Bar Association’s “Law Practice Today.” It addresses “implicit” (we call it “unconscious”) bias in the world of lawyers and law firms. The same issue, of course, occurs in all kinds of organizations. We see unconscious bias as the “culprit” that makes it difficult to achieve well-intended goals for diversity and inclusion. Our mission is to make people aware of their biases–so they can uproot them!

Let me know what you think!
