Happy 2016! This coming year, DifferenceWORKS will be six years old. I just passed 200 blog posts. There have been 48 monthly newsletters. Lots of words!!!
The issue I address primarily (gender diversity in workplace leadership) remains an issue. I keep writing and doing workshops and speeches. I remain passionate about my mission. I know that businesses do better with women and men leading together. I’m doing my part to make that the norm!
I focus on the business world. But what I truly want is a WORLD that values both masculine and feminine ways of thinking, working and leading!
